How to Use

Massage Dr.YOUTH Aroma on the back of neck, wrists, fingers, knees, elbows, temples, or pulse points for 10-30 seconds to unwind and feel calm. If the joint is uncomfortable, apply it to areas where your bones are touched.
For a stiff neck caused by stress, massage the back of the neck gently up and down in small circular motions using a roller attached to Dr.YOUTH Aroma (adjust the intensity of the massage to the body condition).
For anxiety, stress, tension relief, apply the soothing scent under your nose for a refreshing experience.
For quick absorption, gently rub the area where Dr.YOUTH Aroma oil has been applied with your fingers.
